If an Item is not what it is supposed to be (error) or delayed for an unreasonable long time
you are may complain to the address shown below.
Complains about errors must be filed within a reasonable/expected time after receiving the item.
2 years from receiving the item the complaining period is expired -
according to the Danish legislation (Dansk Købelovs § 83, stk. 1) - unless otherwise agreed.
When JM Perlen receives a complaint - we will decide if the item is to be fixed, replaced or price reduced.
If the item has to be sent back to JM Perlen it will be without expences for the customer.
